Equipment Class (Reformer and More)

About this event

This class lets the instructor move the clients thru multiple pieces of equipment during the session. By changing the position of the client and the piece of equipment the client is using, the client gets different muscles targeted. Sometimes this target is for specific muscle training and other times for chains or groups of muscles. This is for the goal of bringing the groups together for better movement.
