About this event
The ancient meditation of taking and giving on the breath is a magical practice. It is beloved for its power to heal, transform obstacles, and energize the mind. In this afternoon retreat, learn how to engage in this exquisitely beautiful meditation and how to integrate it into busy modern life.
By combining this meditation with our breathing we can learn to make every moment meaningful and see every experience as an opportunity for meditation and contemplation.
Each retreat session will include a short explanation followed by guided meditation; you are welcome to stay afterwards to chat with others and ask questions.
No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome!
